Elders Equine Hospital is Manitoba’s full-service equine medical and surgical hospital. We provide the highest quality equine veterinary care to our patients to ensure they live a happy, healthy, pain-free, long life! Our hospital consists of 14 stalls in two heated building including our ICU stalls, surgical center, reproduction center, rehab facilities including solarium, theraplate, shockwave system etc and an indoor arena with heated barn and wash racks. We see patients in clinic daily for routine and advanced veterinary medical procedures and work ups. Our equine field service will see horses on your farm within approx.. 1 hour radius of our practice. Shyla has always had a passion for helping horses and now at Shyla's Equine Health and Wellness she is excited to offer many services to help your equine partner feel the best they can feel. The Water Treadmill can aid in conditioning, strengthening and help work through compensation patterns. The Cold Water Salt Spa helps reduce inflammation in the lower limbs and can heal wounds faster than the traditional methods. We also offer sessions under the Solariums, PEMF as well as Bodywork. We can help through many transitions in your horse's life from stall rest, to getting back to work, whether your horse needs to begin conditioning after the winter off or needs some rest from your busy summer schedule.
